Product Specialist (Medical Device/Healthcare)

KyomedIQ is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Specialist (Healthcare/Medical) to join our expanding team in Malaysia. This is a full-time position offering Work From Home (WFH) option for certain days in a week with night-time sleep study responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s medical device product line, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
  • Sales and Territory Management: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Clinical Education: Provide clinical education and training on product usage and benefits to healthcare providers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key performance indicators, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Trade Shows and Conferences: Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Management: Conduct comprehensive sleep studies (polysomnography and polygraphy) to diagnose sleep disorders in patients.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and meet sales deadlines.
  • Proficient in diagnosing problems and developing solutions.
  • High degree of diplomacy and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience in selling medical devices, hospital equipment, or healthcare services is advantageous.
  • A Work From Home (WFH) option is available on certain days of the week.
  • Please note that this position requires night shifts, typically ranging from 7 PM to 12 AM.
